Anti-corrosion construction requirements for Pressed ventilation elbow
1. Cleaning of Pressed ventilation elbow. Use solvents and emulsions to clean wear-resistant elbows. Ceramic elbow, ceramic composite elbow surface, to achieve the removal of oil, grease, dust, lubricants and similar organic matter, but it cannot remove rust, oxide scale, welding flux, etc. on the surface of steel, so it is only used as an auxiliary in anti-corrosion production means.
2. Derusting of the Pressed ventilation elbow. Mainly use wire brushes and other things to polish the surface of steel, which can remove loose or raised oxide scale, rust, welding slag, etc. Manual tool rust removal can reach Sa2 level, and power tool rust removal can reach Sa3 level. If the surface of the steel is adhered to a strong iron oxide scale, the tool rust removal effect is not satisfactory, and the anchor pattern depth required for anti-corrosion construction cannot be achieved.
3. Pickling of Pressed ventilation elbow. Generally, two methods of chemical and electrolysis are used for pickling treatment, wear-resistant elbows, wear-resistant ceramic elbows, ceramic elbows, and ceramic composite elbows only use chemical pickling for anti-corrosion, which can remove oxide scale, rust, and old coatings. It is sometimes used as a re-treatment after sandblasting and rust removal. Although chemical cleaning can make the surface reach a certain degree of cleanliness and roughness, its anchor pattern is shallow, and it is easy to cause pollution to the environment.
